What is the general return policy on Agasthiya Organics ?
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering from Agasthiya Organics — you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, please ensure that the product is unused and that the tags, boxes, and other packaging are intact.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return within 14 days from the date of delivery. If the payment was made by card, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method. In the case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit payments, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?
If an item is found to be damaged, incorrect as per the description on our website, or if units are missing from the ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and the products received to our customer care at info@agasthiyaorganics.in or call us at +91 7090946651 within 14 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund, Agasthiya Organics Cash (store credit), or a replacement item, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product.
Is there a category specific policy for returns?
Nutrition: Products must be received in their original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted for return. Returns will also not be accepted for issues such as rashes, stomach upset, headaches, flavor like/dislike, or flavor differences between brands. Please consult a doctor before purchasing the product.
Fitness Equipment: There is no return policy for fitness equipment unless the product is damaged during transit.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
You can contact us to initiate a return. Once the return request is initiated, you will receive a call explaining the return process.
Wherever possible, we will facilitate the pickup of the item. If the pickup cannot be arranged by us, you may send the item through Speed Post or another courier service and share the tracking details with us. The courier charges will be reimbursed to you.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
In order to confirm the cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your preferred refund method.
There are two modes of refund:
Agasthiya Organics Cash – If you choose this option, the refund amount will be credited to your Agasthiya Organics Cash (store credit).
Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded to the original payment method or account used to make the transaction.
Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Agasthiya Organics will process the cancellation and initiate the refund according to your selected preference.
What is the validity period of Agasthiya Organics Cash?
The validity period of Agasthiya Organics Cash is generally 90 days from the date of issue. Please check your Agasthiya Organics Cash email for the exact validity date.
